Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. For change of mind returns:

  • The request must be made within the 14-day window.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The item must be returned in its original, resaleable condition.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a confirmed manufacturing fault or major failure, we will cover the costs of the return shipping.

4. Process for Returns

To start a return, please contact our support team. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
